Gear Hobber is a machine used to cut Spur, Helical, Worm Wheels & chain Sprockets. The teeth cutting is done with the help of Gear Hob. The products starts from 1 module to *2 module in capacity and the diameter from *0 mm to ***0 mm. The machine is fully self designed to give extra productivity with a very low cost. The machine is made of grey cast iron duly seasoned for a minimum period of *2 months to avoid distortions. The shafts are made of En**4 and the gear material is ***0 or *0 MnCr5. The gears are duly heat treated. The teeth cutting of the gears is done on Maag gear planner. The accuracy of the machine is 0.*2mm to 0.*7 mm depending up on the size of the gear. The indexing worm is made of En *4 and the worm wheel is made of phosphors Bronze. All the gears are oil dipped and the machine has automatic self lubricating system. The machine is guaranteed for a period of *2 months against any manufacturing defects. The machine is suitable for auto industries also.
